Student Mentoring

Sharing Time and Talent.

Walsh Brothers has taken its commitment to mentoring a step further. Working with several industry stakeholders, we are using multiple client job sites as incubators to mentor and train a diverse group of trade students in every facet of construction management.

Walsh Brothers has engaged with The Compliance Mentor Group, the Association General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC), and area trade schools to introduce collaboration designed to achieve goals. This effort is designed to:

  • Meet efforts when there are labor shortages in many construction trade crafts.
  • Deal with the impact of the aging workforce.
  • Launch a mentoring program with local trade schools to capture emerging young talent.
