We are pleased to announce that Darlene Conners, Director of Human Resources for Walsh Brothers, was selected to receive the AGC MA 2023 Champion Award as part of their 2023 Member Distinction Awards. The award was presented at the AGC MA 2023 Annual All Member Social at The Connors Center – Boston College. The AGC MA Member Distinction Awards are awarded to publicly recognize those who have gone above and beyond in their supportive efforts for the AGC MA. These members promote the mission and values of the AGC through their continued contributions in the areas of education, programming, sponsorship and committee presentation.

Darlene has more than 25 years’ experience in HR in Construction and Real Estate in the Boston area, and earned a BS in Political Science, magna cum laude from Northeastern University and Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Darlene sits on three Committees for the AGC MA: Committee for Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources Committee and Building Women in Construction Committee. She has planned, volunteered and supported various programing through the AGC MA including: Mattahunt Elementary STEM Volunteer Day, CFDI Diversity Summits, Construction Mental Health Month, CFDI Diversity Stand Down Day and Girls on the Run Volunteer events, amongst others. Congratulations to Darlene on this well deserved award.
