With over 40 years in the construction industry, including 24 years at Walsh Brothers, Nelson brings extensive experience in engineering and planning, estimating and scheduling, project management and preconstruction. Nelson is responsible for the planning and management of all preconstruction services and assuring that the required resources are available to properly execute all preconstruction activities.

Nelson holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, a BS in Construction Technology from Southeastern Massachusetts University and has completed graduate studies in Construction Management at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
