360 Newbury Street

Boston Residential Group

This 1918 building is a recognized landmark in the city of Boston, perhaps best known for its 1989 revitalization by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry. The upper floors of this 85,000-square-foot building were transformed into 54 luxury loft condominiums. A new mezzanine floor within the building’s existing envelope was constructed to allow for bi-level penthouse suites on the top floor. Featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, custom Italian cabinetwork, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and panoramic views, the residences at 360 Newbury Street offer the pinnacle of urban living.

“Walsh Brothers will go beyond what typical contractors will do for an owner and do what it takes to get the job done.”

Located in the heart of Boston, the building is bordered by the Mass Pike and Newbury Street shopping district and is located immediately above an active Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority subway station. During construction, the building’s lower floors remained occupied by retail tenants whose operations could not be disturbed.
