John Hancock Student Village Residences – Phases I & II

Boston University

Located at the crossroad of Boston University’s east and west campuses, the John Hancock Student Village Residences establishes a focal point for student life on campus. With magnificent views of the Charles River and Boston skyline, this nearly 600,000-square-foot complex of glass, steel, and masonry has been dubbed the prototype for modern university residence design and construction. The Student Village Residences consist of five towers housing over 1,850 students in suite-style apartments boasting a broad range of amenities including totally equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, study and common rooms  equipped with state-of-the art multi-media equipment, office and multi-purpose rooms, function and social spaces, and a café and a market offering full conveniences to the students.

These dynamic, impressive facilities offer spectacular views of the cities of Boston and Cambridge and are the heart of BU student life.
