The Little Building historical restoration encompassed 29,000 square feet of interior demolition and significant renovations, repair and restoration of the landmark building’s envelope, complete repair and replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection access control, and communication systems and other improvements to ensure the historic building is code compliant. Serving as headquarters for the dean of the MIT Sloan School of Management and other Sloan administrative groups, the building is a National Historic Landmark and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
