Renovations to Campus Center/Building G2023-08-16T21:40:39-04:00

The Holyoke Community College (HCC) Campus Center/Building G was first built in the late 1970s and opened in the early 1980s as an architectural cast-in-place concrete structure with three stories, totaling about 59,000 GSF. The renovations to the Campus Center remedied an existing moisture infiltration issue and reconfigured the existing exterior envelope. It also provided new entryways, building systems, and a comprehensive renovation to the interior spaces. Also included in this project were the temporary fit up and relocation of the dining facility and bookstore.
