Boston, MA, September 13, 2016 — Richard C. Walsh, President & CEO of Walsh Brothers, Incorporated joined industry notables today at Northeastern University as a judge in the 1st Annual School of Architecture Student Design Competition. Students will compete to design an actual project that will be seriously considered for construction by the University. This year’s project will be to design a new entry way and surrounding landscape at Ryder Hall, home of the College of Arts, Media and Design. The winning entry will create a new image for Ryder Hall and will have a significant visual and experiential impact on Northeastern’s Boston campus. In addition to cash prizes, the winning team will have the opportunity to participate in the further development and ultimate implementation of their design.
