This 44,000 square-foot renovation provided six new Operating Rooms, a Central Processing Department, 20 perioperative bays, and necessary support space for a new surgery unit. Because the building originally contained office space, the scope included new operating room infrastructure consisting of two new AHUs, a Central Pump Room, a Water Treatment Room, and Medical Gas Storage and Pump Rooms.
