This 41,000-square-foot medical office building is situated on the campus of the former Lynn Union Hospital. Phase 1 of the project included primary care, specialty care, an outpatient behavioral health program, a diagnostics center including x-ray, ultrasound, mammography, phlebotomy, bone density and an urgent care center. The new two-level building rests on a concrete foundation supported by aggregate piers and consists of storefront and windows with fritted glass, multiple color metal panel wall system and a vegetated canopy roof. The construction also required the replication of an impacted wetland area.

Phase 1 of construction occurred on an accelerated schedule to meet client’s program needs for occupancy four weeks early. Phase 2 of the project consisted of abatement and demolition of the former 20,000 square-foot medical office space to make way for new patient and staff parking.
